You had to know this was coming...


There's no way I'd get a new stove and NOT make pizza.

Man I wish you'd made pancetta and portabella pizza when I'd been home...

How is the stove? Did you cook both pizzas at once?

I will make you one next time.
I used smaller top oven and did them one at a time. It did a great job, heated to 500 degrees very quickly and the heat was very even.
I am going to write a critique of the stove. The only thing I regret is not having covered elements and a couple of other things that the more expensive model had. But, all in all it is light years ahead of the old stove.
